Here's the truth of it - 

I am absolutely at my happiest amongst the patio gossips in Pride and Prejudice; singing through a crumbling world in Hamlet; exploring a woman's take on classical leadership in Romeo and Juliet; outwitting an egocentric conman in Tartuffe; or manipulating the male gaze in Hedda Gabler.

If I could bring The Bard's tongue to modern audiences in a way that feels approachable to young people, timeless to the poetry-lover, and stimulating to fellow artists - I would never need anything else. Bringing my strength to Shakespeare's leading ladies invigorates my soul, and filling the leading man's shoes is a favorite ambition of mine.

I have briefly studied with The Royal Shakespeare Company, workshopped scenes with The Globe Theater in London, received an acting fellowship to work in the Playwright's Intensive at The Kennedy Center, and attained my BFA from Texas State University.
